Composite cars marked the transition between traditional wood cars and modern steel cars. Composite boxcars typically had steel end walls but wooden side walls. This LGB model recreates one of those interesting cars in Southern Pacific® livery, including the big SP “sunset” logo on the sides. Opening side doors.
