Cambrai Steam Loco

The 0-6-0 steamers from the French firm of Corpet Louvet were extremely versatile and popular. They could be found on passenger trains, on freight trains and in switching yards. The prototype for this model was first employed in France, but from 1936 to 1959, it served on a variety of English industrial lines. Today, the “Cambrai” can be seen at the Irchester Narrow Gauge Railway Museum in Nordhamptonshire.
This remarkable loco has been honored as an LGB model, the first of a British-prototype locomotive. With its powerful Bühler motor, the LGB Cambrai is also a versatile addition to your layout. It includes a smoke generator and an onboard MTS decoder, for easy operation on both analog and Multi-Train System layouts.

This model is available exclusively in Great Britain and North America.
