Many European narrow-gauge lines coupled tenders, carrying extra water and coal, to their small locos to extend their range. Such machines were still in use in the 1960s on the DR lines in Mecklenburg and Vorpommern. The 99 2815 captures that style and includes a Bühler motor and traction tire for strong pulling power. And with its very attractive price, it’s a great way to add a beautiful model to your LGB roster.
