EPL IKARUS, Limited Edition

During a remarkable period between 1900 and 1910, Ernst Paul Lehmann earned 50 patents for a wide variety of toy mechanisms, including one for a model airscrew mechanism. In 1913, Lehmann put that innovation to use on his first airplane model, the IKARUS. To celebrate the 120th anniversary of Ernst Paul Lehmann Patentwerk, we have recreated the IKARUS using rebuilt original tooling. Only 2,500 copies of this Limited Edition model have been produced. The new IKARUS is pre-assembled and well protected -- with the model, original box, suspension cord, instructions and certificate of authenticity -- in a commemorative outer package.
