The descent into Montreux on the Montreux-Berner Oberland Bahn (MOB) line is one of the most beautiful in all railroading. You emerge from the mountains in slow, twisting turns through a blanket of hillside gardens. Look up and see Lac Lāman (Lake Geneva). Look down and see Montreux, home of the Montreux Jazz Festival. Although these lavish cars are most famous for their service on the Rhätische Bahn, they were originally owned by the MOB. This LGB model replicates their original Golden Mountain Express livery. Fully furnished and lighted interior with voltage stabilization circuitry.
