DB Wangerooge Diesel Loco, 399 101-5





Cars are barred from the vacation island of Wangerooge on the north German coast, and that has guaranteed the existence of the island’s narrow-gauge railroad. The line employed loco 399 101-5 and several of its sisters. This LGB model is an authentic replica of this interesting diesel loco. Powered by a strong Bühler motor, the model can be used to pull passenger and freight trains. The loco's lights illuminate in the direction of travel. The cab doors open. A factory-installed MTS onboard decoder allows operation on analog and digital layouts.
